Indian Peaks Condominiums are conveniently located just outside of Winter Park, Colorado, in the town of Fraser. Situated in the Heart of Grand County, Indian Peaks is close to Winter Park Resort, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, shopping, restaurants, nature and more!

Trail Ridge Road reaches 12,000 feet in elevation.

 

 

All units have 2 bedroom / 2 baths, a full kitchen, spacious living area with a large screen TV, gas fireplace and cable television with DVD player with another large screen TV in the master bedroom. All units have private indoor hot tubs. 

All units have a queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The units are single level and have either a first, a second or a third level outside entry. No elevators!

The common area has free laundry, pool table, foosball, air hockey, arcade games, reading area and wireless internet if you bring your own laptop. There is a free shuttle that stops at the entrance to the property every half hour during the winter months.

Be sure to take a scenic drive during your visit. For spectacular high mountain scenery, Trail Ridge Road is hard to beat. Scenic overlooks abound and the alpine tundra will take your breath away. Cresting just over 12,000 feet, it is the highest through paved highway in the nation, and crosses the Continental Divide at Milner Pass.
